The staff were supremely nice, always got a smile when I needed somethin’. They got this wicked nice rooftop jacuzzi, perfect for chillin’ after a long day. Room was tight, very clean, and that gated parking made me feel safe. Only thing? A small fridge would have been great for snacks.

The staff was always helpful. the hotel was super clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. I enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi while relaxing in the sun. The parking area felt very secure.

The toilet bowl is comically low!!! The air conditioning is disappointingly weak, and I couldn't overlook the cracked and peeling bathroom caulk!!! A small refrigerator would definitely enhance the room experience!!!

Great location and attentive staff
I really liked the location as it's close to everything I needed, and the rooms were more comfortable compared to other hotels I've been to in Reynosa. The fact that there's a gated parking garage made me feel secure. However, it would be great if the rooms came with small refrigerators to enhance the stay even more.
